The chiropractic care we provide for infants and toddlers is specifically modified to be supremely gentle and specific, and relevant to each individual child’s size, age and stage of development.
Chiropractic adjustments for babies and kids look quite different to the way we adjust most adults – there’s no forceful movements, no “popping” or “cracking”. We will always take our time to first show and explain to you exactly what we are doing before proceeding with anything, to be sure you feel comfortable and well informed.
Please note that we do not provide any treatment or adjustments at the first visit (Initial Consultation). This is because we take very seriously the assessment and analysis piece of the puzzle that is our work. After your Initial Consultation your chiropractor will take time to review your case and study the findings of your scans and any other tests done so that they can give you the best explanation of results and recommend a truly tailored plan of care.
This also means that even if you are feeling unsure or apprehensive about chiropractic care for your child, you can rest assured that by booking an Initial Consultation you are only committing to a detailed discussion and assessment with one of our chiropractors. Only after you have had the results of your child’s assessment clearly explained to you at a follow-up visit will you be offered the opportunity to begin adjustments for your child.

Our INSiGHT Scanning technology applies three unique scans which allow us to find and measure specific areas of imbalance and dysfunction within your nervous system. These state-of-the-art scans are a vital piece of the puzzle in achieving extraordinary results, and they are non-invasive and safe for all ages, from infants to elderly. We also have digital X-ray facilities onsite and available whenever clinically necessary.
Following your Initial Consultation, we’ll schedule a Report of Findings. At this appointment your chiropractor will provide a detailed explanation of your INSiGHT Scan findings and the results of any other images or tests, and help you to connect the dots from your history so that you ultimately understand why things are the way they are. We’ll present you with a tailored care plan that is designed to help you achieve the outcomes you desire, based upon the results of your initial assessment. At this point we’ll clearly explain all of the necessary details of what you need to do to get better, how long it will take and what it will cost.
